Concrete Filling Detection System

Fresh concrete pressure and temperature detection! Capable of measuring pressure and temperature at three locations simultaneously.

The "Concrete Filling Detection System" provides real-time graph and numerical displays of the filling status of fresh concrete using pressure and temperature measurements. Filling pressure and temperature can be checked and recorded on a tablet or PC. It can also be used for pressure measurements at a depth of 40 meters underwater or in the sea. Additionally, we offer a "Filling Detection Sensor" that is lightweight and can be installed in small spaces. 【Features】 ■ Capable of measuring pressure and temperature at three locations simultaneously (up to three sensors can be connected to one connection box) ■ Sensor cables are available in four lengths: 5, 10, 20, and 50 meters ■ Sensors and cables can be secured with tape, etc. (a smooth installation surface is preferable) ■ Capable of measuring curing temperature during concrete hardening and displaying concrete strength graphs *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Concrete Ultrasonic Non-Destructive Testing Ultracon-170

This is a concrete strength testing machine that uses ultrasonic waves generated by a high-voltage converter to measure the strength and quality of concrete materials.

- The speed of ultrasonic wave propagation is shorter when the density and workability of concrete are high, and conversely, it becomes longer when the density and workability are low. - Ultrasonic waves have a property that allows them to propagate easily through hard materials such as concrete and stone. The speed of ultrasonic waves traveling through a material changes depending on the hardness and length of the material. Ultracon-170 checks the workability properties and the depth of cracks in concrete based on these measurements. - To accurately measure ultrasonic waves, silicone grease is used on the sensor or the surface of the concrete.
